The Attic is an emblematic space built with one of Antoni Gaudí's most elegant and original solutions: the catenary arch. The series of arches in the vault of the Main Room evokes the thoracic cage of a large animal, while the bone-coloured plastering gives events a futuristic, unique and unforgettable atmosphere of great beauty. In the attic there is also another masterful space whose system of illumination bears the signature of the German Ingo Maurer. This floor was intended to be a service area, where the storage and utility rooms of each of the homes of this brilliant modernist building were located. The Attic and the Roof terrace are rented out together.
